A space to stretch, sweat, sit & savasana whether you’re here to move or here to meditate, our mission is simple – SoulSpeak is a studio for all, a place where you can fully be YOU. 

We believe that it is here, in this studio, on your mat and within this practice that our authentic selves will ultimately be uncovered. 
So we invite you to come, as you are, and we will welcome you with open (and sometimes sweaty) arms.

Why We Practice 

Why Yoga?

We can almost promise you’ll leave our studio feeling more energized than you did walking in. Yoga is all about strength, balance and flexibility in both the body and the mind. We offer a variety of styles, but here are some of the benefits you can typically expect from one of our classes – increased flexibility/mobility, muscle strength and full body toning, improved energy, circulation, digestion and respiration, protection and recovery from injury and sense of well being and peace both physically and mentally. 


First Time?


Don’t sweat it. The only thing you need is yourself – this may sound cliché but we are serious. All you need to do is show up. 

Before You Come:

  • Masks are mandatory until you’re on your mat.
  • If you have personal belongings ask our front desk staff for a bin + number tag.
  • Upon checking in, stop by our sanitizer station, grab a personal spray bottle, then head right to the practice room.
  • Change rooms are off-limits.
  • Place the top of your mat along the black marked tape.
  • BYOP! Please bring your own props.  mat, water, towel + optional props such as blocks or straps. 
  • Please do not enter if you are feeling sick or have been out of the country in the past 14 days.
  • No in-studio payments (Online booking only)

So what’s stopping you? We already know you’re going to tell us you can’t touch your toes, but we’ll let you in on a little secret… you don’t have to be flexible to practice yoga. Contrary to popular belief, we do more on our mats than handstands and backbends. We will play, we will challenge ourselves and you will be amazed at what your body can do. At the end of the day yoga is not a goal, it is a process … or better yet, a practice.. and the deeper you open up to this idea the more truly flexible you will become, not only in your body, but in your mind and soul as well.
