Sometimes you have to go Back to the Basics to progress. This two-part series will be broken down into two distinct workshops, where students will have the option to attend one weekend or both for a discounted price.

 Week 1: Saturday January 25th 2:00-5:00pm

Posture and Alignment Workshop

In week one we will cover the essential yoga postures that build our everyday practice. Yoga postures (asana) can be tricky so first we will decode the foundational asanas and why we do them, and then dive deeper into basic yoga anatomy and alignment.

Week 2: Saturday February 1st 2:00-5:00pm

 Introduction to Yoga History and Philosophy

In week two we will learn the history of yoga and how it evolved through the ages, then move to interactive discussions on the philosophy of yoga and how to apply it in everyday life.

INVESTMENT: $108 per day OR $198 for both

Coffee, tea and snacks will be provided for both days. Please bring your own journal or notebook.

Join Danni Elsie and Cassie Connor for an evening of partner yoga with your person! Grab your partner or your bestie to enjoy some partner stretching and strengthening, with an introduction to acro yoga. No prior experience necessary. Photos will be taken by Rob Little (matching outfits encouraged!). We’ll close up the evening with tea and treats. Vegan options available.

Time and Date: Jan 19th 2:00 – 4:00 pm

Use the power of yoga to connect to your intuition and explore your relationship with food and your body. Learn to love and appreciate your body. This 2-hour workshop will help you to feel into your habits, desires, and what will truly nourish you in 2020.

Join Selina Rose, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and yoga teacher as she guides you on an exploration of your relationship with food as comfort, excitement, self-discipline, or fuel.

This practice is a mix of relaxing yoga and reflective writing. Expect deep restorative poses and thought-provoking journaling prompts. Leave feeling grounded with a deeper sense of self and a greater appreciation for your body.

This is your opportunity to consciously s l o w  d o w n in body and mind.

This candle-lit class is the perfect thing to help you let go at the end of a long week. We’ll explore breath work, gentle movement and postures that help regulate and tone your nervous system. The positive effects of this class will continue long after you leave the room, allowing you to bounce back from stress more easily.

Leave feeling in tune with yourself and your body’s natural rhythm. Come ready to turn inward, exhale, let go, and chill in a deep way.

Please bring a blanket for your practice.
