Pilates-Inspired Fitness | All Levels
A beat-driven sculpt class using ankle weights, dumbbells, and resistance bands. Each class targets core, glutes, and upper body for a full-body burn—the perfect complement to your yoga practice. Expect activation, slow-burn strength tracks, standing sequences, and a final sweaty release.

Soul Strength
Strength Training | All Levels
A functional strength class using dumbbells (3–50 lbs) and intentional movement. Expect glute/core activation, 2 full-body supersets, dynamic conditioning, and a sweaty finisher. Leave feeling strong, stable, and resilient.

Soul Shift
Breathwork | All Levels
Soul Shift is SoulSpeak’s take on breathwork—an accessible, guided practice designed to help you breathe deeper, move freer, and reset your whole system. Beginners are always welcome, with plenty of support offered throughout. We recommend bringing a blanket or sweater, as room-temperature breathwork can leave the body feeling cool.

Pilates x Cardio x Movement | All Levels
Soul Work is high-intensity movement meets sweaty meditation. Inspired by the chakras, this class moves through seven phases of pilates-inspired, yoga-based sequences designed to push your body and free your mind.
Expect jumping, repetitive movements, and fiery tracks balanced with moments of rest. Non-jumping and low-impact options are always offered.

Power Yoga | All Levels | Intermediate Cueing
An athletic flow blending yoga and strength. Expect core and glute activation, dynamic sequences, and peak postures that challenge balance, endurance, and focus. High energy, high impact. This class welcome too levels, however, our teachers guide with an intermediate approach. Chat with your teacher before class if you are new to power.

Soul Yin
Yin Yoga | All Levels | Beginner Friendly
Surrender to stillness. Yin slows everything down with longer holds that gently open joints, fascia, and connective tissues for deep release. This practice balances out the intensity of our more powerful classes, offering restoration, relaxation, and space to soften.
Try Aromatherapy Blend: Saje essential oils are offered to help you soften deeper into postures, with optional restorative touch.
