One thing I would change about the health/wellness/fitness industry if I could

I want every body to feel welcome in any space regardless of their preconceived thoughts of “I’m not ____ enough”, “I don’t look the way they do”, “I can’t do (e.g., handstand) so I can’t do (e.g., yoga)”.

I want the industry to take the focus away from weight loss or achieving a certain body type being the only thing that will ever matter. I want everyone to feel included and empowered to be comfortable in their own skin and to know that the best version of themselves looks different on everyone.
